We switched over from another uniform company because they just couldn't deliver in the customer service area, and they were literally raping us in pricing. We called Mike from Bay towel-when he presented his pricing we almost fell over. We literally cut our weekly uniform/towels/soap fees in half! And I cannot say enough about their service. IF we ever have a problem they are right on top of it. From the phones to the delivery person, they are top notch....We highly recommend!
