  Victor L in the lighting department deserves a raise! I called on a very icy day to confirm they have a flush mount light I found on the website. Victor confirmed it was there and went the extra mile by taking it up to the service desk for me. I was on my lunch hour, so I walked in, stopped at the service desk (where it was waiting for me with my name on it), pay and back on my way. That is customer service!!!!!!!! Thank you Victor for a job very well done!

  The quality and selection is always great on all of their products. If you have office/commercial space check out their great selection of fluorescent replacement tubes. They have all sizes, configurations and lighting tones.

  If you want to order anything from the kitchen design department in Wausau, WI, be prepared to feel like Pretty Woman: we have money to spend on a custom vanity but getting anyone to help us is damned near impossible. We repeatedly get ignored in the store — staff won’t even offer to take a message or ask us for contact info to follow up with us — and clear communication outside the store via email & phone isn’t much better. I understand staff is busy, etc. but to completely blow off a customer who is willing to spend thousands of dollars is just asinine to me. I would never be able to treat people that way at my business.
